While evidence surfaces, the Newton Falls Municipal Court have taken legal actions against the accused and Amber Rae McElravy has been detained without bonds for a third-degree felony charge of child endangering.
As it stands, further investigations are ongoing and more charges may submerge on this case against Amber Rae McElravy.
Meanwhile, the child who was abused has been sent for further care through the Trumbull County Children Services.
