Back in December 14th, 2012, it was reported of a gunman who shot 20 children of Sandy Hook elementary school with about six staffs.
He also reportedly murdered his mother and then, committed suicide.
The event which was presented as a conspiracy theory by Alex Jones on his website and social media platforms led to reported damages on the parents and families of the deceased.
Actually, that has reportedly lasted for years even though we learnt that Alex later admitted the eventuality of the case, we also learnt he was unrepentant of his theories.
Alex Jones To Pay Additional $473 Million For Damages
The court has depended that Alex Jones pays additional $473million for the damages caused by his defamation to the families of the Sandy Hook attack victims.
This took place reportedly on Thursday where he was tried by a Connecticut judge at the Connecticut Superior Court in Waterbury.
That said, Alex Jones as a result of this, is hooked to pay about $1billion for damages to the families of the deceased in compensation.
